the most important meal of the day

i should say that i am a good example of a person who's always skipping the most important meal of the day. Unintentionally, i leave my breakfast plate unnoticed just because i needed to go to school right away. i did this since high school or probably even during half of my grade school years.
some think of it that skipping breakfast is even useful for losing weight but according to researchers, skipping breakfast will cause you otherwise. there is a higher percentage for people who skip meals that are gaining weight than that of their counterparts.
another issue of skipping breakfast is that it is the main source of our energy for the whole day. a day i have eaten my breakfast is noticeably different from those days i didn't. i could say that i'm much alert and probably more energetic at times i have eaten my first meal. it serves as energy booster.
either situation, it goes to show that breakfast is surely the most important meal of the day.
and since then, i started never forgetting about my breakfast. if i need to hurry, i make sure that i could grab a snack such as cold coffee and cookies from the store and eat it before the bell rings or i pack my breakfast and eat it at school. in that way, i overcame my skipping of the most important meal of the day.
